Demanding accuracy off the tee, avoiding the bunker that guards the right side of the fairway is imperative to take full advantage of this short par 4.  With few areas in the fairway offering something other than a hook lie, the precariously placed pond that is short and left of the green is the reason those that underestimate the effect of the ball being above their feet leave with bogie instead of par.
